Fast U.S. Shipping
At Optimum Source Research, we are committed to providing fast, reliable shipping and transparent order fulfillment for the research community.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST typically ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
Available Shipping Methods
Shipping options are calculated in real time during checkout and may include:
- UPS Ground
- USPS Priority Mail
- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air Saver
Shipping rates are determined by carrier pricing and destination.
Tracking Information
All shipments include tracking.
Please allow carriers up to 24 hours to update tracking information after a shipping label has been created.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package if required.
Shipping Insurance
Most shipments include carrier-provided insurance coverage up to $100.
Additional protection may be added at our discretion for higher-value orders.
Signature Confirmation
To help protect customers and reduce delivery disputes, Optimum Source Research may require signature confirmation on select orders.
Typical guidelines include:
- Orders under $300: No signature required
- Orders $300–$499: Signature may be requested
- Orders $500+: Signature confirmation may be required
- Orders $1,000+: Adult signature may be required
Optimum Source Research reserves the right to require a signature on any shipment regardless of order value.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Optimum Source Research is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier service interruptions
- Severe weather
- Incorrect shipping information
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Other events beyond our control
Delivered Packages
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered and fulfilled.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should:
- Verify the shipping address used during checkout.
- Check with household members.
- Check with neighbors or property management.
- Contact the carrier directly.
- Allow up to 48 hours for possible carrier delivery delays.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before submitting an order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Lost Packages
If tracking does not show delivery and a package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
Optimum Source Research currently ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
